1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
• A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellation charges apply as follows:
• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of tour cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of tour cost
3. Changes and Amendments
• Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges.
• DMC Getaway Lanka Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest).
4. Travel Insurance
• Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
5. Liability
• DMC Getaway Lanka Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies,

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party services.
6. Passports and Visas
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports and appropriate visas for entry into Sri Lanka.
7. Health and Safety
• Travelers must comply with health and safety regulations and any government-imposed travel advisories.
8. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
